At The Cove at Clemson, all of our housing contracts align with the academic year. Leases last a full year, beginning in August and ending in July.

At The Cove at Clemson, all housing contracts are by-the-bed, meaning each resident is only responsible for their assigned bedroom and common area. If your roommate breaks their lease, damages their personal bedroom, or is unable to pay their rent, you will not be held responsible.

Residents can submit maintenance requests through our resident portal. Our maintenance team will do their best to respond as quickly as possible!

Yes, all of our apartments in Clemson, SC, come fully furnished.
